SBCG Annual General Meeting

We would like to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the South Beach Community Group.


At the meeting members will have the opportunity to :

  • Find out about the operations and finances of South Beach Community Group

  • Speak about any items on the agenda

  • Vote on any resolutions proposed

We hereby call for nominations for the following positions :

  • Chairperson

  • Vice-Chairperson

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

  • Committee members

Nominations for the above positions must be received by Sunday 22nd May 2022 by return email. Nominations will be accepted from the floor at the AGM if a position has not received any nomination.

  1. A member who wishes to be considered for election to the committee at the annual general meeting must nominate for election by sending written notice of the nomination to the secretary at least 28 days before the annual general meeting.

  2. A member may nominate for one specified position of office holder of the Association or to be an ordinary committee member.
